講題：Thinking About Problems - Kepner Tregoe Decision Making Model
簡介：
This talk introduces a famous decision making model - Kepner Tregoe which presents a systematic approach to gather information and to convert it into structured steps for identifying a possible candidate. The model can be applied in helping practitioner making sound decisions in the business situations as well as in finding solutions for problems at the individual level. There will be an exercise session after the lecture of the topic.
